  • Remove clean and store pool cover

  • Reset deck anchors (In-ground Pools)

  • Install pool components & fittings

  • Clean and Install ladders and handrails

  • Assemble, run, and inspect pool equipment (pump, filter, heater, etc.)

  • Lubricate fittings, valves, O-rings, and plugs

  • Assemble and inspect skimmer basket and housing

  • Backwash filter

  • Pool Opening chemical treatment

  • Troubleshoot pool system as needed.



Cover Cleaning

Anything that exists on top of your cover may fall into the pool during its removal. To avoid this issue request the Cover Cleaning upgrade when booking your opening service

Deck Power Washing

Whether its the wooden deck for your above ground or the concrete decking for your in-ground, these surfaces take a beating. Add a power washing upgrade to rejuvenate your pool deck

  • Remove pool accessories (skimmer baskets, return fittings, ladders rails, etc.).

  • Backwash filter if necessary

  • Disassemble pool equipment (pump, filter, heater, etc.)

  • Drain all pool equipment of water

  • Lubricate fittings, valves, O-rings, and plugs

  • Blow water from suction, return, and main drain lines

  • Add anti-freeze to skimmer lines

  • Plug and seal all suction and return lines

  • Install winter cover

Fall & Winter Services

Winter Watch Program - (One Visit Per Month​)

  • Test and balance PH, Alkalinity and Calcium and agitate the water to properly disperse the chemicals (Chemicals not included)

  • Monitor water levels and pump out water as necessary

  • Inspect the winter cover pump and GFCI switches to ensure pump is operational

  • Clean debris off covers, bag, and remove from pool area  (1hr limit)

  • Inspect cover security, ie., rubber straps, springs, water bags and anchors, replace as needed.

  • Visual Inspection of Equipment
